SketchWork TV entered a team into the Sci-Fi-London's 48 hour movie making challenge 2011.

So, a huge thank you to my cast and crew of team: SketchWork as Saturday night we wrapped on the the 48 hour sci-fi challenge where we had to make a short movie in only 48 hours. This was a part of the 48 Hour Sci-Fi Challenge London. We worked through the night on Saturday so we could start Sunday morning with a locked edit. The visual and special effects shots were completed on the Sunday and the movie was finished on time for delivery first thing on Monday. We managed to completely stay on schedule - fantastic! Yes, there are some technically iffy bits, but given the time constraints I believe my team did a bang up job! Oh, and why oh why when you are under intense pressure the DVD burner just won't burn - thankfully it did in the end.

Our specification was "This Green And Pleasant Land" as the title. 3 different mobile phones and a black rucksack was our prop list or which the rucksack has to be seen as being emptied at some point. Finally, we had to include the dialogue line "A surge carried her far away from where he had sat". This is the movie completely as it was at the end of the challenge - enjoy!
